Our experience across development, investment, asset management, and public leadership gives us uncommon insight into private and public sector priorities — and the network, judgment, and execution capability to advance them. Meet Our Founder

Rachel Loeb is a creative real estate and economic development leader with over 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors. She has led major investment, development, and asset management strategies, including overseeing a 110-property national portfolio as Chief Investment Officer of Benenson Capital Partners and managing a 60M+ square foot portfolio and $10B+ capital budget as President and CEO of the NYC Economic Development Corporation.

She is the founder of Muse Partners and currently serves as a Board Member and chairs the Audit and Risk Committee of 7C, a global architecture and design network. Rachel is an award-winning leader and active civic contributor, serving on multiple non-profit boards and committees. She holds degrees from Northwestern University and MIT and lives in Brooklyn.
